Parkly sells digital access products and a printed QR sticker. Day Pass and Month Pass are fulfilled the moment payment is completed and are non-cancellable once purchased. The QR Alert Sticker is cancellable for a full refund any time before the sticker has been shipped — once shipped, the order becomes non-cancellable. This page explains exactly when cancellation is and is not possible, and how cancellation interacts with our Refund Policy.
The Day Pass is activated immediately on successful payment and is valid for 24 hours. It is non-cancellable once purchased. We do not pause, postpone, or carry forward unused time.
The Month Pass is activated immediately on successful payment and is valid for 30 days. It is non-cancellable once purchased. We do not pause, postpone, or carry forward unused time.
The QR Alert Sticker order combines an immediate digital activation with a printed sticker that is sent for fulfillment after the order is placed. You may cancel for a full refund any time before the sticker has been shipped. Email support@parkly.co.in with your Razorpay payment ID; we will void the sticker and process the refund.
Once the sticker has been shipped (you will receive a tracking number / dispatch confirmation by email), the order becomes non-cancellable. After that point, only the post-ship refund grounds in our Refund Policy apply (damaged on arrival, undelivered, verified technical fault).
We will cancel an order at our discretion (and process a refund per our Refund Policy) only in the following situations:

We will acknowledge your request within 72 hours and complete account closure within 15 days, in line with our Privacy Policy.
If you have listed a parking space on Parkly, you may remove or pause your listing at any time from the Parkly app. Removing a listing:
Parkly may cancel an order, deactivate a pass, suspend a listing, or terminate an account if we determine, in our reasonable judgment, that you have:
Refunds in such cases are at Parkly's sole discretion and may be denied where the violation justifies forfeiture.
Cancellation and refunds are separate. A successful cancellation request does not automatically result in a refund unless the situation also meets the criteria in our Refund Policy. Conversely, an approved refund implies the underlying purchase is treated as cancelled.
