Parkly sells digital access products and a printed QR sticker. Because digital access is granted immediately and a sticker is fulfilled and shipped on order, all purchases are final and non-cancellable once completed. Refunds are issued only in the specific situations listed below — primarily where Parkly fails to deliver the paid service.

The Day Pass provides immediate access to all listed parking contact details for 24 hours from purchase. Access is granted instantly upon successful payment, so the Day Pass is non-cancellable and non-refundable once paid.
Exception — unlock failure. If your payment succeeded but the parking contact unlock did not work for you (no listings visible, contact details not revealed, or any verified technical fault on our side preventing access), email support@parkly.co.in within 24 hours of purchase with your Razorpay payment ID and we will issue a full refund.
The Month Pass provides 30 days of access to listed parking contact details. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment. The Month Pass is non-cancellable and non-refundable once paid.
Exception — unlock failure. Same as the Day Pass: if your payment succeeded but the unlock did not work for you, email support@parkly.co.in within 24 hours with your Razorpay payment ID for a full refund.
The Rs.499 purchase includes (a) immediate digital activation of a QR alert link bound to your vehicle, valid for 5 years from activation, and (b) a printed QR sticker shipped to the address you provide.
Cancellable for a full refund any time before the sticker has been shipped. Email support@parkly.co.in with your Razorpay payment ID; we will refund in full and void the sticker.
The 5-year validity is part of the product you purchase. Expiry at the end of the 5-year term is not a refundable event — the service was delivered in full for the paid period. Continuing the service after expiry requires a new Rs.499 QR sticker purchase.
Once the sticker has been shipped, the order is non-cancellable. After shipment, refunds (full refund or replacement) are available only if:

We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to Razorpay's processing timelines. Refunds are issued via Razorpay only — we do not transfer funds by any other means.
Day Pass and Month Pass purchases are non-cancellable once payment is completed (digital access is granted instantly). QR Alert Sticker orders are cancellable any time before the sticker has been shipped — once shipped, the order becomes non-cancellable. Parkly does not handle, hold, or process payments for actual parking fees between drivers and Owners. Any dispute about a parking fee paid directly to an Owner is between you and the Owner. We have no ability to issue refunds for amounts not paid through our platform.
